Cost of services

The rate of a therapy session is $180.00 per 53-minute session. In addition to regular sessions, I charge the therapy rate on a pro-rated basis for other professional services. Other services may include letter writing, telephone conversations lasting longer than 15 minutes, attendance at meetings or consultations with other professionals which have been authorized, preparation of records, time spent performing any other professional service, or additional time needed for therapy sessions.

Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. OHP members are exempt from this policy.

I accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are made through HIPAA-compliant practice software at the end of each session. 

I accept Columbia Pacific CCO, Health Share, and Jackson Care Connect. If you have one of these OHP coordinated care organizations (CCOs), there is no out-of pocket expense to you. I am not an in-network provider with insurance companies, but I am an out-of-network provider. Upon request, I can prepare a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you’d like to utilize your out-of-network benefits, it is your responsibility to understand what your out-of-network benefits are. Please contact your insurance company with any questions regarding eligibility and benefits.
