EXPERIENCE
In my work, I’ve had the opportunity to serve people facing various issues, including:

Engaging in mindful practices can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and sitting with discomfort. Mindfulness techniques reduce stress and anxiety and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Life can feel overwhelming, and I can support you in developing coping skills to reduce stress and anxiety and increase your capacity to handle distress in a healthy manner.
By identifying and fostering your existing strengths, I can help you identify negative self-talk, develop self-compassion, and improve your relationships with yourself and others.
During our work together, we will explore past and current relationship dynamics, identify unhealthy patterns, and practice strategies for expressing feelings and sharing boundaries in a respectful way.
